Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani, President of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber (IMC) has initiated “Inclusive Growth” being the theme of the year.
'Inclusive growth' is impossible without the astonishing 325 million strong young population of India, the country’s biggest asset. Over 35% of our population is below the age of 20.
Inclusion of the youth in the growth process is what Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani has successfully achieved. Always being a relentless sponsor of Young India and heading various college boards under the aegis of the HSNC Board, Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani in his capacity as the IMC President has created the IMC Students’ Forum, the first ever committee in the history of IMC which is of the students, by the students and for the students.
He is called ‘Builder Extraordinaire’ and the man responsible for changing the skyline of Mumbai. His endeavour, will see him responsible for extraordinarily building and shaping the future leaders and trailblazers of India.
The IMC Students’ Forum Committee will be organizing a series of seminars around the year inviting leading individuals from different fields to hold interactive sessions for students across schools and colleges from Mumbai. Ms. Manju Nichani is the Chairperson of the IMC Students' Forum.
