Hire charges of imc conference venues
(with effect from 1st April, 2008)
The venues are available session-wise as detailed below:

Payment of Charges
- Booking will be confirmed only on payment of hire-charges.
- Hire-Charges once paid are not refundable. However, postponement facility is available. 25% of the hire-charges paid for earlier booking will be levied as postponement charges for the future available date.
- For 2 consecutive sessions booked, the succeeding session will be given free of charge.
- Service tax @ 10.30% will be payable on hire-charges and on any other additional charges as per Central Govt. Rules.
- A refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000/= will also have to be paid alongwith Hire-Charges.
- Separate Cheques should be issued for payment of Hire-Charges and refundable Security deposit.
- Cheques should drawn in favour of LNM IMC BUILDING TRUST.
Additional Charges Payable
For Video-shooting Rs.2500/= + Service Tax.
Discount Available
- 10% to IMC MEMBERS.
- 20% Affiliated industry & trade associations of IMC.
- 20% to Non-profitable, Charitable and Educational Institutions.
Catering Facilities
- Kindly contact our authorized catering contractor M/S. THACKER CATERERS for food beverges and decoration requirements.
- Eatables from outside are not allowed to be served in the IMC premises.
Hosting Of Cocktails
Cocktails can be served only at the follwing venues:
- Walchand Hirachand Hall, Jamshed Guzder Terrace and Kilachand Conference Room.
- The Client will have to obtain a permit from the Central Excise Department for hosting cocktails.
