Guidelines for Issuance of Visa Recommendation Letter :

Indian Merchants’ Chamber issuing Visa Recommendation Letter to Exporters for Business purpose, for that Exporters are requested to take note of the following points.

1. Company / Firm should be Member (Annual Subscriber of IMC) of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber.




2. Exporters has to submit a typewritten original Application addressed to “The Director General- Indian Merchants’ Chamber” on their letterhead of company contains following points-

   
   
   1. Name of the Person, who is intended to visit abroad.
   
   
   2. Designation
   
   
   3. Passport Number
   
   
   4. Purpose of the Visit to abroad.
   
   
   5. Name of the visiting Country, and please mentioned, IMC’s letter addressed to whether “To Embassy” or “To Consulate”


3. One Photocopy of Passport and Invitation letter received from the party.


4. MC Charges Rs.200/- per Letter for Single person (with effect from 1st April 2003).
