This Certificate Course, being conducted since about 2007, is designed and conducted to impart a fairly detailed knowledge of various legal and practi...cal aspects of arbitration, including the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and its 2015, 2019 amendments, as well as, 2020 Ordinance, in a systematic manner and over 14 sessions. The Course would also try to cover the current positions in arbitration law as emerging from judgments of Courts. Each of these 14 sessions would be conducted by eminent Speakers.

This year the course is being conducted in Hybrid format – Physical participation for persons resident in Mumbai and Virtual Online for persons not residing in Mumbai. There are limited seats, strictly on first come basis on payment of entire registration fees, and, subject to terms and conditions.
