The intent and content of this workshop is to give the Participants an opportunity to hone some of the skills introduced to them in the Basic training..., supported by fresher perspectives, through presentations and exercises.

Submission of details of participation at a 40 hours’ workshop (viz. Year, Institution/organization & Trainer’s name) via email on legal@imcnet.org is mandatory.

This workshop would also be a good opportunity, time-permitting, for participants to seek pointers to address some of the issues faced by them in their mediations.

The Workshop will start with a Refresher of some of the essential skills required in a mediation process and will then proceed towards an engaging conversation surrounding one such skill-set, viz. REFRAMING.
