This year, the 7 Day Arbitration Course is scheduled from Monday, 9th March 2026 to Tuesday, 17th March 2026 (Excluding, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th... March 2026). The timings are 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. (for all 7 Days) i.e. total 14 (Fourteen) Sessions, 2 (Two) Sessions a day.

This Certificate Course is designed to impart a fairly detailed knowledge of various legal and practical aspects of arbitration, including provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including the amendments to the Act, in a systematic manner. The Course would also try to cover the current positions as emerging from judgments of Courts.
