As 27th September is ...celebrated globally as World Tourism Day, IMC will hold an event to mark the occasion on 26th September 2019 to foster awareness amongst the international community the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic value.

Travel and tourism is a high-growth industry that has the potential to create millions of jobs and boost employment prospects. It is believed that the travel and tourism industry will contribute to 25% of the global job creation by 2028. In India, the number of jobs in the tourism sector is expected to generate to 52.3 million by 2028. It has already outpaced other industries in terms of job creation

In view of this, we have panel discussions on ‘Hospitality Education & Job Creation’ and ‘Tourism – The Game Changer for Job Creation & Economic Transformation’.
