IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry through its Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Committee has organised an Online Interaction on Travel Safe, Stay Sa...fe and Dine Safe on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 04.00 p.m. – 05.30 p.m.

The objective of this interaction is to instil confidence and increase demand to bolster hotel occupancies and increase footfalls in restaurants & bars.

Since the lockdown has been eased the business scenario is still very lukewarm and occupancies in hotels/ resorts in leisure destinations on weekend is looking positive while week days demand in cities and leisure are still very low.

The restaurant business is yet to ramp up and customers are still reluctant and suspect about dining in close door environments.

IMC has invited leaders from Hospitality, Travel, Restaurants, Hygiene & Safety and senior Government Officials to speak on measures that they have put in place that will drive overall demand and revive the industry.
